Quadcon Refrigerated Container System
CMCI’s trademark QuadCold® refrigerated container is under development for the United
States Marine Corps to provide a unique solution to refrigeration requirements for
the Marine Expeditionary Force.
The QuadCold® is structurally compatible with all existing Quadcon I containers,
allowing for mixed configurations of dry freight and refrigerated containers to
be moved as a single 20-foot equivalent unit.
Using a commerical Carrier Integra 30S refrigeration system, QuadCold® can support
refrigerated cargos in a wide range from foodstuffs and medical supplies to whole
blood storage.
