A new, patented development in the CMCI Tricon family of intermodal containers is the firstever all-side opening design in a modular container system.

The Tricon IV is completely compatible with all other CMCI-built Tricons, allowing custom configurations of Tricons to be shipped coupled together as 20- foot equivalent units, offering the customer maximum flexibility for the shipment of equipment and supplies.

Intended for use as a transport/storage unit, the Tricon’s IV’s all-side access offers a unique range of options for on-site storage, mobile parts and supply stores, equipment and systems integration. Tricon Container systems are becoming the intermodal container of choice for military logistics movements.

Features include:

  • All CORTEN steel monocoque construction
  • Four-way fork-lift pockets
  • 6 - 4000lb recessed lashing points in the floor and 6 corresponding fixed lashing points along the top side rails
  • Full-width access doors on all sides of container
  • Developed for hard to load cargos and systems integration
  • ISO tested and CSC approved by Lloyds for use in the 20' module configuration
  • Over 300 cubic feet of internal capacity
  • Simply and quickly secured together using SeaLock connectors
